A window replacement project is an exciting upgrade for your home, but the thought of a construction crew coming in can be a little daunting. We believe in transparency and clear communication, so we've outlined our entire process. This way, you'll know exactly what to expect on installation day.

Our entire process is built around three core principles: respect for your home, precision craftsmanship, and a clean finish.

Before We Arrive

To help our team work as efficiently as possible, we ask that you clear a space of about 3-4 feet around the interior and exterior of the windows being replaced. Please remove any furniture, decorations, or blinds from the area. Our team will handle the rest.

During the Installation

Our professional, in-house crew (never subcontractors) will follow a meticulous process for each window:

1. Protecting Your Home: The first thing we do is lay down protective drop cloths and coverings on your floors and furniture to ensure your home stays clean.
2. Removing the Old Window: We carefully remove the entire old window and frame. This allows us to inspect the original opening for any signs of rot or damage that need to be addressed before the new window goes in.
3. Preparing the Opening: We clean the opening and make any necessary preparations to ensure a perfect, level surface for the new window. This is a critical step that many companies rush.
4. Setting and Sealing: The new window is carefully set, leveled, and shimmed for a perfect fit. We then insulate the gap with low-expansion foam and apply a professional-grade exterior sealant for a permanent, weatherproof seal.

After the Installation

Our job isn't done until you are completely satisfied.

• Finishing Touches: We install new interior trim for a beautiful, clean look that seamlessly integrates the window into your wall.
• Meticulous Cleanup: We clean our entire work area, including vacuuming any dust and removing all debris.
• Final Walk-Through: We will walk through the project with you, demonstrate how your new windows operate, and answer any questions you may have.
• Haul-Away: We load up your old windows and dispose of them properly, leaving you with nothing but a beautiful, finished project.
